I'd never use them again. Had a car written off many years ago (1960 Beetle, for anyone that's interested!) and not only did they send it to a salvage yard without my consent or knowledge, they then put it up for auction, all without telling me! Rob-dogs never paid back my excess either. Bast Ards.
