Home made, I have taken the inserts out of broken an ugly door cards and sold them for people to do exactly this to swap them with their own.
So nothing special.

You can also get leather dash covers too but who knows how well it will fit

Top Gaiters are a good eBay seller though. I have dark choc brown leather gearstick and handbrake boots in the storm which were custom done at no extra cost.
