I did book a ticket for this, but just read I have to be parked up before 8:45 and can't leave until after 5:30.

Not sure I can keep myself entertained anywhere for 9 hours, even Bromley haha

early start worth the effort Dave - they're a bit more relaxed if people do need to head off a little early.

it's a huge show though so bring some good walking boots!

No club stand, just book yourself into the one make area Shane.
We tried stands here before, paying for them in fact, and take up was poor......

Hi All,

I go to this show every year in my various old 80's cars

Now I have the Sirocco I wondered if there is sufficient interest for a club meet?

There is always a good show of Golf's on a club stand but I've only ever seen the odd Scirocco in the One Make Parking section.

To get a stand I recall one needs to get 10-15 cars

It's always billed as the biggest One Day Show in Europe

Any interest and I might be persuaded to go in the VW, or even organise !

BPM put 5.30 to persuade people to stay as the public who don't show a car pay to get in. The reality is the gates are open to leave earlier.

I usually leave at 4pm but you need to be there at 8.15 to get in as it's a massive traffic jam to get in.

So having read the replies no club stand but we're going to all go for one make parking

BPM do allocate / separate model spots eg golf / sirocco so lets start a list of "whose In"

I might make an appearance. Im looking at attending the Beaulieu VW only meet on 17th so I could do a car weekend :)
The whole day thing might put me off turning up in the Rocco though. If the weather is poor its a long day.

I've just booked my ticket - the One make parking is 310 not £5 as I advised previously - best to go for that so all Scirocco's together - see you all there - hope to have my wheels refurbished in time for the show
