:newbie: :help: hi i have some photos of our mk1 storm that my husband is renovating i have uploaded them to photo bucket but dont know how to put them on here when we had it my husband went around it to start dismantling it and found to his horror that the previos owner had used polyfiller on it

I've had a better chance to look round it today, the quality of the paint work is simply mind-blowing, mirror flat all-over, and no runs or imperfections.

My photographs, or the others do not do it the justice it deserves, I'm a serious perfectionist but even this has had me scratching my head looking for improvement :dunno:

The metallic coat is even all over with all the particles lying in the same way, it does not matter which angle you look at it , anyone who has painted metallic will know.

And the laquer coat: it's like a uniform 3mm even depth all over, and totally flat not a hint of orange peel, runs or dirt - it really is bloody staggering :swoon:

I'm going to have to 'up my game' finishing this off!
