Well done on that for sure!

See the Stanford Hall club stand thread if you're about for that show, couple of spaces available.

Thankyou for the comments :)

I can't make the Stanford hall show unfortunately due to Japfest :( I am going to attend the national meet this year hopefully!

DrivenUK got a good shot at the weekend...

Winning best saloon with a coupe... quite an achievement.

:pilot: I did think that when I picked it up, but it was just an overall 80's category not saloons haha

Been to a few shows recently, no real changes or work on the car.

Got one picture in a classic car mag and trust my luck covered in detailing tape!

One from a classic show where I managed to take second place...

Image

And finally Donny Dubs where I got best watercooled, it wasn't the biggest show but had a great day.

Got a new little piece I've been looking for a while today, Scirocco steering wheel centre badge to get rid of the standard VW one I currently have. Just needs a quick clean and a spare 5 minutes to fit...

I also stupidly smashed my front plate surround which was annoying. With the plate on you could hardly see it but I knew it was there so managed to find a white one and had it painted in the factory finish.

A picture of some RF009's that I bought for when I finally build up a set of wheels for it.

The P slots I've been using on the car were NOS when I first put them on so my original centre caps didn't match, I've finally got round to having them painted 2 years later! I haven't fitted them to the car yet but they look good in a spare wheel...

Had a great weekend at VW festival.

Placed Top 10 on the Saturday and got a cool picture with some storm troopers.

Finally ran the centre caps in the P Slots after all this time...

Image

Camped the full weekend and the car was fully loaded but mainly with blankets protecting the trims ha ha

Image

Also had another club member next to me on the show and shine with a gorgeous Kamei kitted Mk2 but didn't get any pictures unfortunately.

Well done on the prize, soon you are going to need a bigger display case to put them all in. :-D

Car looks stunning.

Had one brand new lamp unit for a while, been waiting to find another so I can fit the pair together and finally located this after months of searching. :pilot:

I had these Scala/ White cat lights delivered today, it's not very often mint ones come up so I sourced these in Germany. Will see what they look like but they will probably go back up for sale.
