Had a look through my pics and found one of the engine code, its not an ABF but an ACE which is an audi variant of the 9a corrado short block 2l

Slightly better than the 9A as it has the same head as an ABF (rather than the KR). Slightly worse than an ABF due to milder cams.

Thats good news,

we looked at the cams and its stamped 027 which i think is kr so it should produce 150 according to online talk

Tuning beyond that is probably on the expensive side so will have to wait a year or two

Still working in this, the kr loom is out as it was 10" to long at the bulk head which isnt a huge problem but the rocco 16v loom is obviously a perfect fit

Currently runing lumpy with a low idle and a max of 3k on the revs so will look that over

On a plus i drove it out and back in the garage for the first time the other day

dizzy fouls, should be able to rotate it but there are only 2 positions to bolt it in
[
had to use a flat brake res cap as the induction arm sits on it and the coolent hose wants to go through it at the mo
Image
you could use a remote reservoir like on crusty and shanes car
i actually have a load of the rubber reservior pipework left over if your interested?
