Hi everyone!
I'm trying to replace the rear wiper motor on my MkII but am having trouble removing the old one. The wiring block attached to the motor won't fit through the little hole in the tailgate where the cable goes through.
I'd be grateful for any tips.
Cheers!

Re: Rear wiper motor replacement help!
I cut the tang between the two slots. Could get the connector block out then, no issues at all, been like this now for 5 years

Or get a special tool to remove the connectors from the block - ebay, Amazon all sell these or similar

Problem solved! I simply removed the connectors from the block by yanking them out. Thanks to both of you for your input. It's much appreciated!
