Gt versus Gts
Gt versus Gts
Can anyone help. What differences are there on a GTS V GT. Mine is an 86. I am a newbie to the mk2 family . Also are there any mk2 specialist garages around Somerset area as I am finding it difficult to get all the jobs done in time for the meet season . Thanks in advance

Where are you based in Somerset? I'm not far from Yeovil.
What is it you are looking to get done at a garage?

I want the engine removed gaskets and belts and pumps. Head recon. Carb set up. Webber already fitted. Engine detailed. Bit of paint etc. .... not much. Pretty much under bonnet stuff. I am in Frome Somerset.

There's a great old school mechanic just eight miles away from you, here in Midsomer Norton.
He's not a MK2 specialist as such but is hot on classic cars.
I've been using him for a few years now - no complaints.
