mk1 storm

Post by shavhead »

I received a copy of the letter from Stormboy - very grateful - thank you; Original 1979 Storm. Regarding the letter, I'm looking for the missing 17 ? - I have one - who has the other 16? If you are lucky enough to have one too - would love to hear from you. How many are left on the road?
Mine is: FPF 623V
Interested in how many are left.

My mates brother had an original 1979 4 speed Storm in blue, 13 years ago unfortunally it was T boned at a junction and written off, so now you are only looking for 15!

Hi Marshall

Seems like the old girl has rarity value. Maybe a good argument for keeping the colour original, or are you already beyond the point of no return in that respect? The storm that the guy had in the concours show at Stamford hall was on a V plate but not sure if it was a '79 or not. I have his business card so I'll try and contact him to find out.

CVP 85V taxed and MOT'd, was using it almost everyday until it decided to start when it wants to. Haven't had a chance to track down what the problem is, but I think it is electrical.

1981 light blue ( bought as a jigsaw with plenty of bits missing, in dry storage )

If it aint a MK 1 then it must be a donor
