What year car do you have as they changed the style of seat belt depending on years...

I don’t think you will be able to buy new genuine Mk1 Scirocco seat belts any more?

It’s an 1980. It’s not too fussy about fitting original spec. More importantly I’d like a usable safe option. Thank you.

Whats wrong with the belt ? if it's just webbing that can be replaced at a place like this, they might even be able to supply a replacement belt if you send them the old one
