Meet to celabrate! :-) (East Midlands meet, 21st of Feb)

Post by Jay4424 »

Hi, I know this isn't the right are, but I want peoples input nd youcan't do that in the events sectrion, can you?!?

...To celabrate my new Roxie I'd like to have a rocco meet at my local american diner in Albert village, Swadlincote, Derbyshire.

This would be a PROPER Middland meet (Alex!) as its only a couple of miles from a sign that says "Center of England!"

So, up there at the top are a few dates, when can you do, when do you want to do?

Its a great place to eat (Highly recomentded) or just to grab a shake (Many many different flavors!).

Cheers, Jay. :vcool:

The venue rocks!

Give people more notice though...

Forget jan31... it's 2 days away!...
I reckon the 10th's the 1st serious possibility, then ignore the following weekend as it's valentines, so the diner'll be busy.
After that, you're in the realms of wed17 or sun 21st.
Make sense?
What sort of time of day're you thinking on the Sundays?

But I want an excuse to go there.. soon!!!

Righto, this sun is out.

I can only do every other sunday due to work, but I know that sundays seem to be the best days to meet after experiance that Ale had with the OTHER middlands meet!!

sundays I'd say 3 PM is, failing that 12 midday for lunch? depends if people want to eat, and at what time! (people give me your suggestions please :-)

the 21st seems a good one to me :-)

oh, on the 14th (valentines, their having the toy hearts again at hte diner.... you have to go, they're very VERY good, I'll be going date or no date!)

Jay.

Dubfreeze is on 21st; might work well for people able to combine the two with Dubfreeze followed by 3pm meet. Not me sadly, as I'm on nights that weekend.

OK I'm in Jay, I swear you stalk me dude! :hehe:

Lets go for the 21st then mate, I'll be at Dubfreeze but will pop over straight from there, 3PM won't be a problem.

Anymore Midlands folks fancy this? Should be a laugh at least!
