popping ball joints

Post by james butler » Sat Apr 07, 2018 3:11 am

this may sound like an odd question but if yo needed to disconnect the ball joint with the wishbone do you pop the ball joint out of the hub OR do you undo the 3 bolts that secure the ball joint to the wishbone?

it struck me as maybe being easier to undo the 3 little screws or am i going mad?

and yes i am that bored!

I dont mind project cars but I HATE SANDING!!!

Pop it out of the hub to save you from disturbing the wheel alignment.

Pop it out, double check the hub/ballpoint bolt, mine had corroded a fair amount.
