16" & Wheel Offset?

Looking at getting some rims, not because i need but because they are damn sexy...

They are 16" x 7 and have an offset of ET40...

Will we have any probs peeps?

I have 16x7 with ET38 but I only run 195/45 tyres.

I don't have any problems with the tyres rubbing but there isn't a huge amount of clearance on the inner wings with full lock.

What are they like at the outer edge on the arch?
The plan is to prob fit them with spacers to give it abit more width
