Well it depends on the year of the MK2 Golf, as they went from small spline to large spline steering wheels the same time as the Scirocco, 1989.
Other than that it is a case of "you pay your money and you take your chance".

Me personally would look for a genuine VW leather steering wheel!!! :vcool:

i've got that snap on boss, its alright, any wheel wobble makes it rattle alot though. you need to find out if you have a large spline or a small spline. the later 'roccos and golfs have a large spline so need a different boss. that one you posted is marketed as fitting a corrado too so it should be a large spline.

To be sure - go to Halfords and order a genuine Momo boss for your car.
(ask me how I know...2nd hand ones, 2 from Volksbits....  )

Then select whatever aftermarket/blingy wheel you require...done

They've told you it fits.
But, if it turns out that the boss doesn't fit, you can always take it back in person, as they are local to you in Bristol.

I've got no idea if it fits - Volksbits insisted that theirs would fit - and sent me two!
I'm a bit confused. Unless anyone on here has actually bought that particular item, you've either got to bite the bullet and find out for yourself - or buy the proper Momo one to make sure.

Personally I wouldn't buy that.
For only a fiver more you could get a brand new Momo one.
Vento and Lupo - as well as a mk2 scirocco? Surely not...
