Re: Oil change
If you are looking to get a good quality oil why not use the stuff VW would put in? Or if a VW dealer near to you call them and get a price. Exactly, why bother buying on Ebay, take a trip down your local dealer, speak to the parts department and get yourself a discount (and a filter at the same ti...

Re: In tank fuel Pump
Sounds like you have found the issue Rich, get a good brand though! Is the main pump working okay?
Yes, worth dropping a magnet in the tank.
Any pictures of your car? Where are you based?

Re: Fueling glitch moment?
Check the relay? Cheap enough to always have a spare in the glovebox. Exactly what I was going to say, I had this happen to me going to a show a couple of years ago, 70 miles no problem then just went! I always have a spare as Sean says (in both cars!). I have one in my for sale thread, can't get i...

Re: In tank fuel Pump
If you have a Haynes manual the wiring diagrams are at the rear, I don't have mine to hand. The brown wire will be the earth though, the other 2 wires are supply and for the fuel gauge. What year is your Scala? Good practice to fit a new gasket as the old one will no doubt be goosed! The in tank pum...

Re: Full beam cuts power to my clocks
