Hiya, On the rear of your throttle body is the Throttle Position Switch - it's a bugger to get to, so take the throttle body off. can you not go to maplins and pick up a generic micro switch? they're quite cheap so modifying one to fit will do the same job and wont cost a lot. i think you might be hard pressed to find a vw origenal unless you can pull one out of another vw varient car.
