Gunson gas analysers-anyone knowledgeable? HELP
I have a choice of two and dont know where to go with it. Do i get a normal digi model new or a pro used for a little less and have it for tuning Sam next week? I have no idea if the pro is better or just has more features such as rpm etc? Dilemma dilemma.... Does anyone know the models? Thanks Mick

Re: Mk2 running weak... Advice on where to go fault hunting
In my experience of bringing a Scirocco back on song it required the following: New carb flange ahead of all else. fitted a new bigger cleanable petrol filter in line before a plastic original type. take out the fuel tank sender and pick up pipe and make the tiny holes in the pick up much bigger wi...

Re: Mk2 1.8 RHD Clutch Cable
Thanks for the help, it's all sorted now. Opted for the longer cable which is a perfect fit actually. Found the reason for failure, the strength plate on the bulkhead is a bit off, causing the cable to rub on the metal piping at the end of the outer tubing. New cable is rubbing too but I should get...

Stuff oil additives, just use good quality full synth oil with esters.
I use redline motorsport and have for years as it works wonders :) It used on alot of cars with known notchy boxes
Its only pounds more over standard to buy really.

I had black diamond disk and pads on my g60. They were awesome. You could drop it on its nose at just about any speed.

Re: Speedo stops when clutch depressed?
There is a little plastic weak as water bracket that holds the speedo cable up to the body. If it breaks the cable interferes with the clutch pedal massively. I had to drill my bracket and use a tie mounted to it after the clip area broke off. Its easily possible it could affect the speedo or as oth...

The cheaper ones should be ok as at the end of the day it’s ju...
