Spray carb cleaner everywhere you can while a friend gently revs, helped sort out my Pierburg :)

As far as I can remember when I changed mine (GT2) to make it easier you'll need a 23mm long socket.

God himself couldn't turn those b**tard things. i got one of them undone eventually, but the other one will need drilled out and replaced. not a ha...

Only a wild guess, but is your radio only wired to a permenant feed? Quite a few don't actually turn off when you turn them off.
